February 2020 - The Marsh Harbour Public Library was completely destroyed by Hurricane Dorian in September of 2019.
They had just opened in September 2018, and had a beautiful building with brand-new solid wood bookshelves and thousands of books. All the books, bookshelves, flooring, and drywall were destroyed by the storm. We were contacted shortly thereafter by their public library committee to develop a relationship and help rebuild the library. Our first step is to send a pallet of teacher resources and student workbooks. |
