The Story of
Lower Bogue Public Library The process of transforming an old, abandoned building into a library in Lower Bogue began in earnest in 2015.
The library opened in June 2018 after thousands of hours of volunteer work. Lower Bogue Public Library currently contains 4,115 books. There are about 145 patrons who use the library.
